These terms apply to the use of CDMG Automation services and subscriptions.
Scope
We provide automation systems and implementations that may include workflows, integrations, and reporting. The exact scope depends on the selected plan and purchased add-ons.
Some services require third‑party tools (HubSpot, messaging providers, Stripe, etc.). You are responsible for maintaining those accounts and paying their fees.
Plans, setup, and add-ons
- Plans are billed monthly unless stated otherwise. Setup is a one‑time fee where applicable.
- Add-ons are optional and may require a quote depending on volume and channels (Email/WhatsApp/SMS).
- Messaging costs (WhatsApp/SMS) are billed separately by your provider or via usage packs.
- If taxes apply, they will be shown on the invoice or checkout.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, timely access, and required approvals to activate your systems.
- Ensure your messaging content and data processing comply with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR) and platform policies.
- Keep your credentials secure and revoke access when no longer needed.
Support & reliability
We aim to deliver reliable automations with monitoring and clear reporting. However, third‑party platforms and data quality can affect outcomes.
Support is provided via email unless otherwise agreed. Response times may vary by plan.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CDMG Automation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law, unless mandatory consumer protection rules apply.
